At the conclusion of the workshop, you will have:

•       Understood the risks to your business and taken steps to reduce or eliminate them
•            Discovered the information and knowledge gaps that exist and how to eliminate them
•         Learned the meaning of “Intellectual Capital” and how to protect it
•          Discovered a way to inventory “Intellectual Capital”
•          Understood the process and importance of Knowledge Management

     The workshops run from one to three days. We also offer a workshop that runs one day a month for four months.
